Water Shortage - Martin County Florida

The water shortage for Martin County and the Treasure Coast continues

Very little rain has led to an extended, almost permanent water shortage for Martin County. The South Florida Water Management District issued a Water Shortage Order on March 26, 2011.

The order restricts landscape irrigation utilizing potable (drinking) , canal, lake, pond or private well water to 2-days a week.

If you are using reclaimed water there are no restrictions.

Even Addresses shall irrigate on Thursday and Sunday

Odd Addresses shall irrigate on Wednesday and Saturday
