It's time to dance in the streets of downtown Stuart with live music.

Dancing in the Streets is an annual event in Downtown Stuart. The event starts at 6:00pm and goes until midnight on Saturday October 10, 2009.

There will be three different stages and six different bands performing.

Here is the performances schedule:

On the Tiki Stage

The Kregs

6:00-8:30pm - An eclectic mix of country, bluegrass, and blues.

Fresh Catch

9:00 pm - Midnight - Fresh Catch is a Rock Reggae band and their music is a combination of Reggae, Punk, and Hip Hop.




On the American Stage

Bobby and the Blisters

6:30 to 9:00 pm - New Orleans party music centered on singer/pianist/song stylist Bobby Gangloff with Saxophonist and dance master Ron McCode.

The Spaz Band

9:30 pm - Midnight - The Spaz Band performs both new Rock and Classic Rock. They have been performing on the Treasure Coast for over 20 years.




On the World Stage

Tropical Soul

6:30 pm to 8:30 pm and 11:00 pm to Midnight - South Florida’s Premier Reggae Band with some of the best Island Reggae Musicians. Tropical Soul has been performing for over 20 years both in the US and internationally.

Tropical Soul makes the Treasure Coast it’s home.

Brother Judahs’ Sankofa World Performance Arts Ensemble

8:30 pm to 10:00 pm -A multi cultural ensemble of performing arts and music. 
The ensemble features African Drum and Dance, Middle Eastern Bell Dance & Drum, Asian Drum and Dance, Latin Drum and Music, Caribbean Junkanoo, and World Beat and Reggae.
