Located at the former site of the oldest tavern in Stuart, The Black Marlin has established itself as one of downtown Stuart’s favorite dining and drinking spots. The exposed brick walls and cozy wooden booths are the perfect backdrop for this “not so intimate” 50 seat restaurant.

Bruschetta - Italian bread topped with seasoned, chopped tomatoes and mozzarella cheese
Grouper Fingers - Fresh local grouper lightly floured and fried, served with smoky chipotle mayonnaise.
Buffalo Shrimp - Fried shrimp in a spicy sauce served with bleu cheese dressing.
Calamari Chipotle - Lightly floured and fried calamari, served with smoky chipotle mayonnaise.
Chicken Fingers - Lightly breaded and fried chicken pieces served with smoky chipotle mayonnaise.
Mussels Audrey - Steamed in a tomato garlic parsley butter broth.
Caribbean Conchcakes - An Island specialty sautéed and served with a mango remoulade

Black Marlin House Salad - Mixed greens, roasted peppers, artichoke hearts, mushrooms, Greek olives, onions, and gorgonzola cheese tossed with a balsamic vinaigrette.
Classic Caesar Salad - Romaine, asiago cheese and croutons. Anchovies upon request.
Tossed Salad - Fresh greens & tomatoes tossed with balsamic vinaigrette.
Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad - A larger serving of our Caesar topped with sliced, char-grilled chicken.

All American Cheeseburger - 1/2 lb. Char-grilled and topped with American cheese, lettuce & tomato.
Char-Grilled Chicken Sandwich - Topped with bacon & melted American cheese, lettuce & tomato.
Fried Grouper Sandwich - Served with lettuce, tomato and smoky chipotle mayonnaise.

Penne & Prosciutto - Penne pasta with prosciutto ham, tomatoes, garlic, basil, olive oil and asiago cheese.
Cajun Chicken - Grilled chicken breast and Cajun cream sauce with fried onions over penne pasta
Chicken Puttanesca - Sliced, grilled chicken breast, marinara, calamata olives and capers over angel hair pasta.
Shrimp & Artichokes - Sauteed shrimp, artichokes, on dried tomatoes, olive oil, garlic, asiago cheese and rotini pasta.

Char-Grilled Salmon - Topped with an apricot teriyaki glaze.
Pesto Crusted Salmon - Pan roasted salmon with a pesto herb crust and onion remoulade.
Black Marlin Meatloaf - Baked and frilled with port wine sauce.
N.Y. Strip - Available au poivre with peppercorns or red wine marinated with sautéed mushrooms, onions and gorgonzola cheese.
