Bill Hebson’s Workout America Sports Performance Center is a state of the art 16,000 sq. ft.  sports training and fitness facility.

We are a unique hybrid facility combining the best of functional athletic training with a full service upscale fitness facility. We offer a truly exciting exercise experience.

For our athletes we provide all the training opportunities you would expect in an elite college athletic department or professional team environment.

For fitness enthusiasts we offer a complete compliment of cardiovascular equipment, treadmills, ellipticals, rowers, steppers, climbers, and a variety of bikes.

We have the latest Nautilus selectorized strength training machines and a complete inventory of free weights and dumbbells.
We have two separate rooms with hardwood floors and mirrors for classes and activities.

The showers and lockers are spacious, modern and spotless.
We have a sports bar offering a wide variety of recovery drinks, protein shakes and performance drinks.
